Role & Responsibilities:

The Process Engineering Manager will be responsible to drive the Engineering, process management  and provide strong leadership for the local Vietnam team and report directly to Plant Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Technically leads a diverse group of team members in manufacturing operations to troubleshoot relevant process and product-related problems

• Working with engineers to review technical proposal to ensure they are in compliant with process capabilities established to successful production outcome

• Interacting closely with operators/engineers in cooperative manner of technical projects to undertake for process understanding and improvement activities.

• Reviewing of manufacturing process data to perform statistical analysis and run complex tests , investigate the root cause analysis..

• Prepare technical reports and presentation for the management and global experts on subjects studied in depth after leading teams with an objective to propose solutions to process problems.

• Working with local and international suppliers and experts from other global divisions to execute material qualification plans and new process implementation, and participate in process improvement activities.

• To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Requirements:

• Minimum five - 10 years experience in manufacturing industry

• Mechanical/ Electronic/ Semiconductor background with Processing Experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong management and leadership skill, leading by example

• Professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written by Vietnamese and English.
