The Company: Our client is a globally established manufacturer within the EMS industry, supporting international customers with advanced production capabilities, efficient manufacturing operations, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Optimize and improve manufacturing processes, develop standardized procedures and SOPs to ensure stable and efficient production
- Analyze production bottlenecks, implement process adjustments to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Support new product introduction (NPI), participate in pilot runs, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth transition to mass production
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to drive process improvements and automation upgrades
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the EMS industry, with hands-on experience in NPI and manufacturing engineering
- Familiar with precision plastic part manufacturing processes, including injection molding and plastic material properties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and execution
- Language: Fluent in spoken Chinese
