PCBA Operations Manager

• Lead end-to-end production planning and execution across SMT, insertion, and assembly processes to ensure on-time delivery aligned with PCBA order requirements
• Optimize SMT equipment utilization, production lines, and material flow to improve efficiency and minimize waste
• Drive process optimization across the full PCBA workflow (solder paste printing, placement, reflow, insertion, wave soldering, assembly) to enhance yield and productivity
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and continuous defect reduction in production
• Manage and develop production teams, ensuring strong performance, 5S implementation, and workplace safety compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to support new product introduction (NPI) and production alignment
• Control and execute production budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities through lean manufacturing practices

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in SMT/PCBA production management within EMS or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in SMT and PCBA processes, including placement, reflow soldering, insertion, and assembly
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and data-driven problem-solving
• Solid leadership, communication, and team management capabilities
• Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and execution-driven mindset
• Language: Fluent in Chinese (working level), with basic English proficiency
