Role & Responsibilities:
The Operation Manager will be responsible to drive the operation and provide strong leadership for the local Vietnam team and report directly to Factory Director.
You will be responsible for:
- Organise and plan production; plan the daily operation scheduling of factory production to ensure optimal utilisation of equipment, personnel, and inventory requirements
- Get the plant capacity and people ready for future grow
- Manage employee relations
- Focus about quality, safety
- Ensure economic profit
To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.
Requirements:
- Minimum five – 10 years experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong management and leadership skill, leading by example
- Professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written by Vietnamese and English.
