KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Gallery Operations
-
Oversee daily operations to ensure a professional and seamless customer experience
-
Manage on-site staff, facilities, and third-party service providers
-
Ensure compliance with internal service standards and operating procedures
-
Maintain high-quality presentation and environment standards
2. Operational Planning & Budgeting
-
Develop and manage operational budgets (OPEX)
-
Propose and structure project management fees
-
Monitor costs and identify optimization opportunities
-
Support annual operating planning (AOP) processes
3. Design-stage Operational Input
-
Collaborate with design and development teams to provide operational perspectives
-
Recommend practical and efficient solutions for long-term operations
-
Identify potential operational risks early and propose improvements
-
Contribute to cost-efficiency through materials, systems, and layout recommendations
4. Customer Service Management (Pre & Post Sales)
-
Establish and implement customer service standards and procedures
-
Oversee service quality at sales gallery
-
Ensure seamless customer journey in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
-
Handle customer feedback and operational-related inquiries
5. Product Handover Coordination
-
Manage end-to-end unit handover process
-
Develop procedures, checklists, and documentation
-
Coordinate with construction and technical teams to ensure readiness
-
Conduct inspections and manage defect rectification
6. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting
-
Liaise with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations
-
Support sales events and project marketing activities
-
Participate in reviewing operational aspects of Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA)
-
Prepare reports and provide insights to management
-
Identify risks and propose efficiency improvements
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
-
4–6 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
-
Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based environments is highly preferred
-
Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Proficient in English
-
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
