Role & Responsibilities

• Drive site-wide operational excellence initiatives and build a strong continuous improvement culture across the factory.
• Lead and implement improvement programs to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall plant performance.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize daily operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Oversee automation and control systems, ensuring stable operation and continuous optimization of plant equipment.
• Strengthen maintenance strategies (preventive and condition-based) to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Identify and execute cost optimization initiatives, ensuring effective resource utilization and sustainable savings.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
• Drive digitalization and system integration across production and maintenance platforms.
• Ensure compliance with operational, quality, safety, and food-related standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in F&B or FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems and plant operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
