Omni Channel's Assistant Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to optimize website performance and drive online sales through owned platforms and marketplaces.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
• Oversee the functionality and content of the e-commerce site, ensuring seamless operations, product launches, and timely updates.
• Manage external e-commerce partners to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and adopt new technologies to enhance website performance.
• Analyze traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to inform strategy and meet KPIs.
• Lead digital marketing efforts across channels such as PPC, SEO, display, email, and social media.
• Coordinate with internal teams on merchandising, logistics, and customer service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop a content calendar and manage website updates, including landing pages and promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, Google Analytics, and digital marketing channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with attribution modeling, website optimization, and conversion management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
