Role & Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within civil engineering industry.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to target key markets and segments.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project developers to promote and specify our products in project designs.
Create and maintain relationships with specifiers and influencers within the industry.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as their applications in projects.
Provide technical support and training to specifiers and customers.
Identify and track upcoming civil engineering projects where our products can be specified.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure our products meet project requirements.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
Negotiate and close specification contracts and agreements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, specifiers, and key industry stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or a related field. Mandarin speaking is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or specification management within the building materials industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
