Medical Scientific Manager

Develop, update, and manage scientific content for HCPs and KOLs, including detailing aids, product presentations, and educational materials, aligned with business strategy and brand agenda.

Create and implement a quarterly content and event plan, including roundtable discussions (RTDs), medical education programs (e.g., CMEs), seminars, symposiums, and workshops.

Design and deliver high-value educational courses tailored for healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Collaborate with Global Medical and Regulatory Scientific Affairs (MSA/RSA) teams to align with global medical strategies and cascade global agendas locally.

Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Medical Field Force, Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, and Marketing—to improve scientific understanding among HCPs and internal teams, enhancing trusted endorsement from medical stakeholders.

Coordinating with stakeholders to build an annual training calendar aligned with WHO Code, company policies, and Vietnamese regulations.

Continuously updating and improving training content.

Proactively proposing preventive measures to mitigate field-level non-compliance risks.

Documenting, reporting, and addressing any allegations or potential instances of non-compliance

Conduct regular audits to ensure marketing and field activities comply with internal policies and local laws.

Build and execute a monitoring plan for medical, digital, and trade-related activities.

Identify, report, and recommend appropriate solutions for any compliance violations discovered
