Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact for medical-related topics, addressing inquiries and providing appropriate responses to requests for scientific or clinical information from healthcare professionals and the research community.
- Oversee medical affairs activities and act as the central source of scientific knowledge, ensuring that both internal teams and external partners receive reliable, balanced, and evidence-based information aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
- Support the design and execution of medical-marketing initiatives, including preparation of scientific materials and collaboration in relevant professional events.
- Manage the full cycle of medical documentation, from drafting and review to approval and implementation.
- Deliver educational sessions and product-related medical training for internal staff and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to provide scientific input and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all role-related reporting requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, MPharm, PharmD) is preferred
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in similar position within pharmaceutical industry
- Effective communication skills and ability to tailor information to different audiences appropriately.
- Ability to translates complex science into simple messages.
- Ability to communicate through multiple channels e.g. webinars.
- Effective networking, project management and collaboration skills to achieve business results.
- Strong business mindset and ability to balance cross-functional objectives.
- Must fluently speak English.
