Medical Affairs, Associate Manager (CVRM)

About the company: a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Affairs Associate Manager. This is both an internally and externally focused medical role, responsible for providing scientific and medical expertise across all company products within the priority therapeutic areas. The role plays a key part in establishing scientific leadership, supporting brand strategy, and driving impactful medical initiatives.

• Serve as the internal medical expert in designated therapeutic areas, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of medical activities aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Medical Affairs Plan to ensure activities meet the scientific needs of patients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct scientific engagement with experts, including organizing and facilitating advisory board meetings and scientific exchange sessions.
• Provide internal training on disease areas and product medical background to cross-functional teams.
• Act as the medical reviewer for promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentor and support MSL, and lead the management of medical information related to key products in the market
