The Company: Our client, a leading innovator in electronics industry automation, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Bac Ninh) to design, develop, and integrate advanced robotic solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and precision.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work with engineers to develop robotic solutions for electronics applications.
• Gather and analyze customer needs, providing practical technical solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships from a technical perspective.
• Ensure all designs meet industry codes, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and team members.
• Create all project documents, including BOMs, for production and delivery.
• Supervise suppliers in manufacturing, assembling, and testing mechanical components.
• Perform quality checks to ensure systems meet design specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot and fix manufacturing and assembly issues to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
• Ensure all processes and workshops follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechanical and Electrical Automation).
• Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in electronics automation with deep experience in robotics from design to manufacturing. Experience working with or for Apple suppliers/vendors is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, NX, Catia) and RobotStudio.
• Strong knowledge of design, machining, and assembly processes, plus electrical/control systems.
• Experience managing contractors and overseeing workshop/site installations.
• Fluent in English (technical and conversational); Chinese language skills are a plus.
• A team player with excellent communication skills, high adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to perform under pressure.
