In this pivotal role, you will helm the brand’s trajectory by spearheading comprehensive marketing strategies and driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll lead high-performing teams to execute data-driven campaigns, optimize multimillion-dollar budgets, and translate complex market trends into actionable commercial success.
Job description:
- Dive deep into market data and competitor moves to keep us three steps ahead. You’ll be the “voice of the customer,” identifying exactly what they need before they even know it.
- You won’t just plan; you’ll execute. From crafting 360° product marketing campaigns to building a distinctive brand identity, you’ll own the roadmap.
- Take the lead on our events—whether it’s a major industry exhibition or an intimate technical workshop—ensuring every touchpoint is world-class.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales to build the tools they need to win. You’ll help expand our reach and refine our distribution channels.
- We value data. You will track campaign performance, manage KPIs, and provide the insights we need to pivot and grow.
Job requirement:
- 5+ years in healthcare marketing management (MNC preferred).
- Degree in Marketing/Communications (International study preferred).
- Fluent English, CRM/Marketing Automation, and strong data analytics.
- A blend of creative flair and a data-driven, decisive approach.
