Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Planning: Develop and implement the annual Brand Plan aligned with regional and global strategies. Define target patient segments and create tailored value propositions for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and hospital stakeholders.

Launch Excellence: Lead “Launch Readiness” for new indications, ensuring all regulatory, medical, and commercial milestones are met. Design the go-to-market strategy specifically for the Vietnamese ETC channel.

Market Access & Pricing: Partner with the Market Access team to navigate the National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL) and provincial hospital tendering processes. Develop patient assistance programs (PAPs) to improve affordability and access.

KOL & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier Oncologists and specialized hospital boards. Organize and lead scientific advisory boards and medical symposiums.

Omnichannel Marketing: Drive digital transformation by utilizing AI-driven engagement tools and webinars to reach HCPs across Vietnam’s geography.

P&L & Financial Management: Manage the budget and provide accurate sales forecasts based on market intelligence.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly regarded.
- Minimum 3+ years in the same level or Senior Commercial Management role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- A documented history of owning portfolio-level strategy, annual planning cycles, and high-stakes market execution.
- Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments, manage high-output agencies, and operate within rigorous corporate governance.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leadership and regional/global stakeholders.
