Manufacturing Operations Manager

The Company:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) targets are consistently met.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and operators; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Champion and implement Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization initiatives to drive efficiency and waste reduction.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to improve productivity and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to align production goals with broader business objectives.
• Monitor and report on KPIs; proactively recommend improvements and corrective actions.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development across the production team.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or operations management role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management experience; ability to lead by influence and example.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Vietnamese preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer household products is a strong advantage.
