About the job
- Define and lead the company’s commercial direction with multi-channel B2B strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Logistics, and Online platforms.
- Develop product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to ensure competitive advantage and drive profitability.
- Champion a customer-centric approach by strengthening customer lifecycle management and enhancing key account relationships.
- Oversee core operations, including route-to-market, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and customer-focused delivery.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L management to ensure financial health and operational alignment.
- Monitor income and expenses to drive profitability, ensure cost optimization, and maintain long-term sustainability.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management and propose business improvement initiatives.
- Lead HR, IT, and Workplace functions to build a scalable, high-performance organization.
- Promote a purpose-driven culture centered on operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Build strong organizational foundations with the right structures, skills, and mindsets for long-term growth.
- Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Implement talent retention strategies and succession planning aligned with company policies.
- Set clear performance objectives to align team goals with corporate priorities. Regularly review individual and team performance, deliver feedback, and ensure compliance with governance and regulations.

Proven track record in executive leadership (e.g., Managing Director, General Manager) with strong financial and operational delivery.

Extensive experience in commercial strategy, B2B sales, and logistics—preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or trading sectors.

Skilled in managing multi-brand and multi-location operations with hands-on P&L and financial planning expertise.

Strong strategic mindset paired with execution excellence and customer-centric thinking.

Effective communicator and negotiator, able to engage stakeholders, investors, and business partners.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with cross-functional collaboration experience and fluency in English.
