Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation.

Oversee and optimize customs processes to ensure full compliance with local regulations and trade requirements.

Coordinate closely with production, planning, and regional supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery to global customers.

Manage relationships with external logistics providers, customs authorities, and internal senior stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service level performance.
Requirements
-
Proven experience in manufacturing environments; background in garment, footwear, or accessories industries is highly preferred.

Strong hands-on experience in customs operations and trade compliance.

Solid leadership capability with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and regional teams.

Good command of English.
