The Company:
Our client, a global leader in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Logistics Manager. This is a key role which is responsible for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and product quality across warehousing and logistics operations.
Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement warehouse strategies aligned with corporate objectives to ensure performance achievement.

Lead, direct, and control warehouse policies, procedures, and activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee all warehousing, transportation, distribution, and storage management activities (including WISE system operations).

Manage and monitor warehouse budgets to optimize resource allocation and spending priorities.

Establish performance targets and service standards, and monitor results against KPIs.

Manage and evaluate 3PL (third-party logistics) relationships and contracts to ensure service quality, timeliness, and cost competitiveness.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure warehouse operations are fully integrated with broader supply chain and corporate goals.

Supervise and develop warehouse team members to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.

Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and promotional materials.

Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure proper care of warehouse facilities and equipment.

Plan and allocate resources to meet operational needs and customer requirements.

Ensure product inspection processes and quality standards are strictly maintained to deliver perfect product conditions.

Contribute to quality assurance, food safety, food fraud prevention, and Halal compliance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any major.

Minimum 5 years of warehouse or supply chain management experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation processes.

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
-
Good command of English (written & spoken).
-
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both strategic and operational task.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
