As the Learning & Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our client's mission to provide exceptional experiences to their customers. Your primary responsibility will be crafting comprehensive learning programs tailored to every tier of staff within the organization. This entails pinpointing areas where knowledge is lacking, determining the most crucial training needs, developing captivating training materials, leading training sessions, and managing learning management systems. Your endeavors will directly impact employee growth and performance, thereby contributing significantly to the organization's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Devising and executing learning strategies and initiatives for all levels of staff across the Group and Board team of subsidiaries.

  • Identifying knowledge deficiencies and prioritizing training endeavors for each specific audience.

  • Generating and curating training materials that align with the organization's overarching objectives.

  • Conducting dynamic training sessions and providing guidance to trainers as needed.

  • Supervising learning management systems and leveraging analytics to gauge the efficacy of training efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training management roles

  • Strong instructional design skills with experience in developing engaging and interactive learning experiences

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively identify needs of various target groups

  • Ability to embrace and inspire company culture to employees

  • Strong logical thinking and project management skills
