Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the solar rooftop segment.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth in the solar rooftop market.
Lead Generation: Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including commercial and industrial property owners, government agencies, and utilities, to promote our solar rooftop solutions.
Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including solar panel manufacturers, EPC contractors, financing institutions, and regulatory bodies, to enhance our competitive position and expand our market reach.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address the specific needs and requirements of potential clients, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and objectives.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and policy changes related to solar energy and rooftop installations in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar rooftop projects.
Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks in Vietnam.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
