Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, market expansion, and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Testing & Inspection & Certification business unit, ensuring smooth execution of testing processes, certification procedures, and client engagements.
Implement efficient workflows, quality control measures, and performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of services.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing proactive solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals including project managers, technical experts, and support staff to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and industry certifications to uphold the integrity and credibility of our testing and certification services.
Implement robust quality assurance processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior management role within the Testing & Certification industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices governing product testing and certification.
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and adapt to evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
