The Company:
Our client is a reputable international organization providing assurance, auditing, compliance, and sustainability services to global clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, and supply chain sectors. Due to business expansion in Vietnam, they are seeking a Lead Auditor – Social Compliance & Sustainability to strengthen their growing team.
Role & Responsibilities
Social Compliance & Sustainability Auditing

Plan and conduct social compliance, responsible sourcing, and sustainability audits for local and multinational clients.

Assess organizational practices related to labor standards, human rights, occupational health & safety, environmental management, and business ethics.

Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.

Provide recommendations to help clients strengthen compliance performance and sustainability practices.
ESG & Responsible Business Assessment

Participate in ESG and sustainability assessments across various industries. (Higg, GRS, CBAM, SBTi)

Evaluate management systems, sustainability programs, and responsible business practices.

Support clients in improving their sustainability performance and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Keep up to date with emerging sustainability trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

Prepare professional audit reports and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Present audit findings and improvement recommendations to clients.

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support corrective action implementation.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Business, or related disciplines.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social compliance auditing, responsible sourcing, sustainability, ESG, EHS, or related fields.

Experience conducting supplier assessments, compliance audits (BSCI, SMETA, RBA, SA8000), or sustainability evaluations is preferred. APSCA CSCA qualification is an advantage.

Professional auditor qualification or relevant industry certification is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, interviewing, auditing, and report-writing skills.

Good command of English for business communication and reporting.

Chinese language capability is an advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently for audit assignments.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation.
