Role & Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
- Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases of landscape projects across a range of typologies (urban design, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, institutional, public realm).
- Oversee and guide the development of design documentation, ensuring clarity, creativity, and compliance with project requirements.
- Champion design excellence throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
Project & Team Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers and landscape architects to ensure professional growth and high team performance.
- Assist in resourcing, timelines, and fee management in collaboration with the Studio Director or Project Lead.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during the design process.
- Lead presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings with confidence and professionalism.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Innovation & Strategy
- Stay current with global trends in landscape design, sustainability, climate resilience, and materials.
- Contribute to business development efforts including competitions, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure landscape design is integrated holistically into the built environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience, including both hands-on and leadership roles in design-driven practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across various scales and typologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and/or Lumion. BIM or Revit experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Vietnamese is an advantage.
- Registered or chartered status (if applicable) is preferred.
