We are seeking an experienced Korean Sales Senior to join a leading global company specializing in industrial equipment and machinery. This position is open for Korean professionals, who possess strong relationship-building abilities and deep understanding of industrial market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with key B2B clients and partners in the industrial sector.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Operations, Finance, After-sales) to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Requirements:

• Korean nationality is required;
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or related B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Experience working in multinational or large-scale corporations is preferred.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
• English proficiency required; is a plus.
