About the job

The Company:

Our client is one of the leading electrical brand with significant ambitions to scale their Vietnam business to the next level.

Role & Responsibilities:

The position holder will be responsible for the developing and servicing Owners, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, Consultants, End Users and relevant agencies and execute sales and business development plan. In addition, he/she is also responsible to meet the sales, margin and collection targets.
 

You will be responsible for:

  • Identify, qualify, prescribe, quote, and increase visibility and chances for company to win.
  • Continue to increase the size of our project’s pipelines.
  • Secure the annual order budget for market defined every year in agreement with Sales manager.
  • Build, manage, secure relationship, and grow business with some key customers assigned by Sales manager from time to time.
  • Bring company’s solutions directly to customers and understanding customers’ needs.
  • Align the goals and strategies to accomplish the sales targets.
  • Promote visibility of company’s brand with potential accounts.
  • Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement.
  • Clear view of customer channel and creating opportunities for solution deployment
  • Manage customer inquiries internally relevant for targeted areas.
  • Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 5 years sales experience in dealing with customers in M&E business.
  • Experience in a contractor as project manager/executor
  • Proven network reference with EPCs and end users.
  • Proven record in international project sales.
  • Knowledgeable in project sales and project management.
  • Good contacts with Owner, Developer, M&E consultants and Contractors are a definite advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
  • Good knowledge in computer. (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, AutoCAD)
  • Good literacy in English (C level up)
  • Possess own transport will be advantageous.
