About the company: Our client is one of leading medical devices company in the world, now they are calling applications for the Key Account Manager. This role will report into the Business Manager and to manage high-impact sales opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive critical processes within the sales cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the face of the company for our key accounts (hospitals and clinics) in HCMC and the Eastern provinces. It’s all about building real, lasting trust.
- We don’t just “push” products. You’ll listen to what the customer actually needs and piece together a solution that works for them.
- You’ll handle the day-to-day sales grind, making those detailing calls, keeping your funnel healthy, and hitting your targets.
- You’re in charge of the whole lifecycle from training distributor teams and navigating the bidding process to making sure the post-sales service is top-notch.
- You’ll stay on top of market trends and report back with insights that help us plan where we’re going next year, not just next month.
Job Requirement:
- You’ve spent at least 5 years in the medical consumables or healthcare world. You know the players and you know the game.
- You know your way around a hospital tender and understand how to sell value, not just price.
- You’re comfortable jumping between Vietnamese and English, and you’re happy to hit the road frequently to see clients.
- You’re a self-starter who can look at a complex account, analyze what’s missing, and build a plan to fix it.
