Our client is a well-known multinational company in premium mobility sector, providing high-quality products and solutions to global customers. As the business continues to grow in Vietnam, they are looking for a KAM (B2B) to develop strategic customers and expand business opportunities within the automotive and industrial market.
Role & Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Manage and grow key customers in the OEM segment.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
- Develop account plans and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle commercial discussions, quotations, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets in the assigned market.
- Develop both existing customers (farming) and new customers (hunting)
- Support business expansion projects and market development activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions for customers.
Market Development
- Work with dealers and partners to improve product performance and customer efficiency.
- Analyze customer usage and provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Support marketing activities, customer events, and product promotions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up actions.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demands.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Provide market feedback and business insights to management.
Operations & Customer Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve customer issues effectively.
- Support account receivable follow-up and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales or commercial experience, preferably in automotive, industrial equipment, machinery, or related sectors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Good business mindset and result-oriented approach.

Fluent English communication is required.

Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Willing to travel for business purposes.
