Position Overview

This Investment Manager / Director will support investment execution and portfolio management across diversified sectors in Vietnam. The role will work closely with local and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and investment assessments

• Build and review financial models and investment materials

• Support end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence and transaction coordination

• Prepare investment committee papers and presentations

• Coordinate with management teams, advisors, and regional stakeholders

• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives

Requirements

• 5–12+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, or Principal Investments

• Fluent Vietnamese and Mandarin Chinese

• Strong deal execution and due diligence experience

• Prior experience in PE funds or institutional investment platforms preferred

• Exposure to diversified industries/portfolios

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Preferred Background

Candidates from Private Equity, Investment Banking, Big 4 Deal Advisory, or regional investment platforms are highly preferred.
