This role supports smooth supply chain operations by managing procurement activities, monitoring inventory, and coordinating inbound shipments. The position works closely with sales, principals, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to pricing, claims, or replacements. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in supply chain or logistics.
Job Description:
- Continuously evaluate the supply chain to support the development of procurement strategies with the manager.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and issue purchase orders to principals.
- Work closely with the sales team, principals, and freight forwarders to coordinate inbound shipments.
- Follow up and negotiate with principals to ensure timely deliveries, and proactively resolve issues related to replacements, pricing discrepancies, and claims through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English is required.
