Our client is a global leader in industrial operations and environmental solutions with strong presence across Southeast Asia, operating large-scale facilities committed to safety excellence and regulatory compliance.
2. Role & Responsibilities

Lead HSE activities for industrial facilities (water treatment, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sites)

Develop and implement HSE policies ensuring compliance with local regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
-
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections
-
Work with O&M teams to identify operational safety risks and provide HSE guidance during maintenance and shutdowns
-
Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
-
Deliver HSE training for staff and contractors; promote safety culture
-
Support regional HSE activities across Vietnam and Southeast Asia

Develop emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure site readiness
3. Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering
-
8–10 years of HSE experience with significant O&M exposure in water treatment, power plants, or heavy industrial sites
-
Proven SEA experience strongly preferred
-
NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 certification preferred
-
Strong understanding of industrial plant operations, HSE risks, and local Vietnamese regulations
-
Fluent in English; Vietnamese is a strong advantage
-
Hands-on mindset, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
-
Willing to travel within Vietnam and occasionally across SEA
