Our client – a well-known machinery brand is looking for a HRBP to join their team in Bac Ninh

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for local HR-related tasks, including but not limited to employee recruitment, training, basic personnel management, compensation and performance, and employee welfare.
• Under the guidance of the Group, be responsible for refining and optimizing the relevant human resource policies and system structures for overseas employees of the business divisions and specifically oversee their effective implementation on a daily basis.
• Oversee and support the daily management of employees, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication.
• Oversee employee communication and interviews, gather employee feedback, and regularly report to management to facilitate the implementation of improvement measures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in human resources management, business administration, or related fields preferred.
• Vietnamese person required to speak Chinese.
• Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork.
• Possesses strong sense of responsibility and resilience, capable of handling complex interpersonal relationships.
• Open to taking on challenges, proactive, and eager to learn new knowledge and skills.
