The Company: Our client is a leading global supply chain solutions company, connecting brands and retailers with manufacturers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Vendor Management (50%)
- Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and internal policies.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the payroll vendor, managing the relationship, monitoring service levels, and resolving any issues efficiently.
- C&B Administration: Administer and maintain C&B programs, including salary structures, benefits administration (health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance), leave management, and other related policies.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research on compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness and attract/retain top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all C&B practices and payroll operations comply with relevant legal requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR reports related to C&B, headcount, and other HR metrics as required.
- Employee Queries: Address employee queries related to C&B and payroll in a timely and professional manner.
Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development (50%)
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for various roles, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments, coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support employer branding initiatives.
- Learning & Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate/facilitate L&D programs, workshops, and training sessions.
- Source and evaluate external training providers when necessary, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, maintaining training records and developing materials as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on C&B and payroll management, ideally with experience managing external vendors.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance, health insurance, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
