About the job
Our client is a fast-growing technology-driven platform in the advertising and media space. With strong backing and rapid expansion across Asia, the business is entering a critical growth phase, scaling both its market presence and organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning aligned with regional expansion roadmap
- Translate business growth into practical hiring and org strategies
- Design lean, scalable structures for early-stage markets
- Develop competitive compensation frameworks, incentives, and benefits
- Ensure internal equity and external benchmarking alignment
- Partner with Finance on budget planning and reward cycles
- Support strategic hiring across markets with consistent standards
- Build effective onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration
- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans
- Design and implement performance management frameworks
- Identify capability gaps and drive development initiatives
- Support leadership capability building and coaching
- Drive alignment of culture, values, and operating principles across markets
- Act as a culture ambassador in a multi-country environment
- Enable cross-market collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Advise leaders on people challenges in early-stage markets
- Build replicable HR frameworks and playbooks
- Support lean and agile team structure
Requirements:
- ~5+ years of experience in HR (HRBP, Talent Management, OD)
- Strong exposure to regional / multi-country environments, ideally in Asia
- Hands-on experience in:
- Workforce planning
- Compensation & benefits
- Performance management
- Background in high-growth environments (startup, tech, media, advertising) is preferred
