Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting job analyses, and creating job descriptions.

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.

  •  Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, counseling, and resolution to maintain a positive work environment.

    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

    • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.

  •  Performance Management:

    • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

    • Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.

    • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  •  Benefits Administration:

    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

    • Communicate benefit offerings to employees, ensuring understanding and utilization of available resources.

    • Collaborate with benefits providers to address employee inquiries and resolve issues.

  •  Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    • Identify relevant training opportunities and resources to support employee development.

    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.

  •  HR Policy and Compliance:

    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    • Stay current on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's practices align with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

  • Proven HR experience in U.S. and Western corporate environments.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing HR best practices and driving positive organizational change.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations.

  • Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS and other HR technology tools.
