As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies across our group of companies, ensuring they align seamlessly with the organization’s overarching goals and ethos. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from strategic planning to talent recruitment, performance evaluation, policy formulation, training initiatives, benefits management, and nurturing employee involvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to an organization that prioritizes both continuous learning and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals for both the Group and sub-companies
• Lead recruitment efforts, implement effective onboarding, and drive talent development initiatives.
• Oversee appraisal systems, provide guidance on goal setting, and facilitate feedback sessions.
• Develop and update policies in compliance with laws, ensuring understanding and adherence.
• Identify training needs, develop programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and satisfaction.
• Establish key metrics, analyze HR performance, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Organize annual activities for the company, activities to foster bonds between the Group and subsidiaries.
• Provide human resource solution and support for board team of subsidiaries and collaborate with subsidiary HR teams to align strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in HR leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams
