About the job
Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all HR functions across the Group, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business strategy.

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions.

Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and build strategic manpower plans to support organizational growth.

Establish and continuously enhance HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Oversee payroll, employee records, and statutory obligations, ensuring full compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations, including social insurance and personal income tax matters.

Manage expatriate HR matters, including work permits, visas, and other legal documentation.

Drive organizational development initiatives, including performance management, training and development, career progression, and succession planning.

Lead change management initiatives and support leadership in aligning organizational culture with business objectives.

Foster a positive and high-performance work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.

Oversee employee engagement activities and company events to strengthen organizational culture.

Maintain strong relationships with labor authorities, recruitment partners, and external service providers.

Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to the Group CFO and senior management team
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role, with proven responsibility for leading the full spectrum of HR functions.

Strong expertise in Vietnamese labor law, compensation and benefits, personal income tax, employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.

Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, HR policy development, and organizational design.

Proven ability to lead recruitment strategies and talent acquisition initiatives, including hiring both expatriate and local professionals.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and business leaders.

High level of professional integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to support organizational growth and change initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems, with strong capability in HR data management and reporting.
