Head of Technical Services

The Company

A global industrial solutions provider is looking for a Head of Technical Services to lead its Vietnam operations. The company delivers advanced technologies and reliable services across multiple industries, with a strong focus on customer value and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Technical Services function in Vietnam, covering aftersales, field operations, and service projects.

• Define strategies to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing the company’s technical expertise in the market.

• Oversee lifecycle services including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Mentor and empower a skilled team, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); MBA or management qualifications preferred.

• Proven leadership experience in technical services, aftersales, or industrial project management.

• Strong people management skills with ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

• Commercial acumen and the ability to balance technical excellence with business performance.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Vietnamese proficiency is an advantage.
