Role & Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion Strategy: Shape and deliver strategies to capture growth within Vietnam’s evolving FDI ecosystem, aligning commercial initiatives with broader corporate objectives.
- Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and cultivate senior-level relationships with multinational enterprises, converting strategic opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
- Lead executive-level discussions that position the company as a long-term strategic partner, ensuring alignment with client business priorities and procurement frameworks.
- Guide the organization through complex sourcing processes, qualification requirements, and governance standards typical of large-scale multinational operations.
- Continuously analyze market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to refine partnership approaches and accelerate decision-making.
- Bridge business practices across diverse corporate cultures, ensuring clarity, trust, and mutually beneficial outcomes in negotiations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team on partnership models, sector opportunities, and ecosystem mapping to drive market positioning and corporate advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Executive Leadership: Demonstrated success in senior roles driving procurement, supply chain, or strategic business development within multinational or FDI enterprises in Vietnam.
- Influence & Network: A distinguished and trusted network with senior decision-makers across Chinese, Korean, or Japanese manufacturing groups, with the ability to translate relationships into strategic partnerships.
- Comprehensive understanding of global procurement cycles, vendor qualification standards, and partnership frameworks in complex industrial supply chains.
- Proven ability to craft and execute market entry strategies, influence outcomes at the highest corporate levels, and translate vision into measurable commercial success.
