About the job

The Company:

Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Head of Sales (ETC). In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals to drive the promotion and sales of our cutting-edge products, your mission will include expanding market reach, forging strong customer relationships, and collaborating with functional teams to create impactful strategies.

Job Description:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
  • Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
  • Ensure effective hiring, training, development and retention of team member.
  • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
  • Build up & develop good relationship with key customers & new potential territories
  • Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
  • Attend clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
  • Other tasks as assigned from line manager

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years in sales management with national level in a foreign pharma company
  • Experienced with hospital channel
  • Proven records in sales management, Field Force management and in personnel development
  • Strong oral and written communication skill both in Vietnamese and English
  • An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
  • High capability for working independently
  • Excellent presentation and coaching skill
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness with changing environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacist
