Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Head of Sales (ETC). In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals to drive the promotion and sales of our cutting-edge products, your mission will include expanding market reach, forging strong customer relationships, and collaborating with functional teams to create impactful strategies.
Job Description:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
- Ensure effective hiring, training, development and retention of team member.
- Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
- Build up & develop good relationship with key customers & new potential territories
- Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
- Attend clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
- Other tasks as assigned from line manager
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years in sales management with national level in a foreign pharma company
- Experienced with hospital channel
- Proven records in sales management, Field Force management and in personnel development
- Strong oral and written communication skill both in Vietnamese and English
- An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
- High capability for working independently
- Excellent presentation and coaching skill
- Ability to maintain effectiveness with changing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacist
