Role & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute long-term sales strategies that accelerate growth, capture market share, and reinforce the company’s competitive positioning.
- Translate corporate ambitions into measurable targets with clear roadmaps, using market intelligence to identify and seize high-value opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a top-performing sales force, instilling accountability, agility, and a culture of excellence.
- Set KPIs and performance standards that drive results while equipping the team with the tools and mindset to win consistently.
3. Business Growth & Customer Management
- Deliver growth by strengthening key accounts, securing large-scale partnerships, and unlocking upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Personally lead high-stakes negotiations and develop long-term client relationships that drive sustainable revenue streams.
4. Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide leadership with actionable insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production to optimize delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to define growth strategies, analyze markets, identify opportunities, and drive results under ambitious targets.
- Deep understanding of business environments and professional networks, enabling effective market penetration and client engagement.
- Expert in executive-level negotiations, presentations, and managing strategic client and partner relationships.
- Proactive, decisive, resilient, with excellent English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.
