Head of Sales

The Company:
Our client, a leading international consumer goods company, is seeking a highly capable Head of Sales to accelerate growth in Vietnam. This role will oversee partnerships with distribution networks and key trade channels, ensuring both revenue growth and sustainable market development.
Role & Responsibilities:

Build and manage strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand the company’s product portfolio in the assigned territory.

Develop and implement sales strategies to capture key markets and strengthen regional presence.

Plan and execute trade and promotional activities in collaboration with partners to maximize sales performance.

Monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and results to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Provide regular sales reporting, including pricing surveys, market updates, and performance tracking.

Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and category developments to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with internal functions to implement customer agreements, support revenue initiatives, and resolve operational issues.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer support and improve supply chain effectiveness.

Manage and develop the Trade Development Manager (TDM) program, setting clear KPIs and driving execution at territory level.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.

At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in retail, wholesale, or distributor management.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage senior-level business partnerships.

Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Fluent English preferred.
