Key Responsibilities:

Proven Business Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing an entire business or a significant part of it, ideally as a National Sales Manager or Business Unit Head within a small to mid-sized dermocosmetics company. A strong track record of boosting profitability while growing market presence is essential.

Commercial Strategy & Execution: Extensive experience in sales and marketing with the ability to anticipate and interpret market trends, then develop and implement clear, actionable business strategies accordingly.

Regulatory & Commercialization Knowledge: Sound understanding of local regulatory environments and product commercialization processes. Willingness to actively engage with customers and business partners in the field.

Market Insight: Deep understanding of the local market landscape, especially in areas such as pricing strategy, distribution models, key channel players (e.g., drugstores, pharmacy chains, mass-market retailers), and government relations.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various internal teams and external stakeholders, including regional group functions and retail partners.

Leadership & Teamwork: Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach. Ability to inspire, develop, and work with diverse teams—both internal and external (e.g., third-party service providers). Open-minded and collaborative leadership style is critical.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Intellectually curious, transparent, and action-oriented with a passion for operational excellence and business transformation.

Language Skills: Native proficiency in the local language and fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the dermocosmetic industry in Vietnam, including several years in a managerial sales role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching brands (preferably international) into retail and pharmacy chains in the Vietnam
- Excellent knowledge of the local dermocosmetics market – both mass-market (drugstore)
- Extensive network of contacts among buyers and decision-makers in the leading retail chains.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and cooperation with local platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, …).
