Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the renewable energy sector in Vietnam.
Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and meet sales targets.
Identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Vietnam market.
Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive position.
Overseeing the development and implementation of pricing strategies and negotiation tactics to maximize profitability.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and promoting a culture of ethical conduct and integrity within the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
Strong understanding of the energy market landscape in Vietnam, with established networks and relationships.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
