2. Role & Responsibilities

• Production management: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with technical standards.
• Planning & scheduling: Develop and manage production plans, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet delivery targets.
• Quality assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards in precision mechanics.
• Warehouse & logistics support: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.
• Continuous improvement: Drive initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
• Team leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of excellence.

3. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in precision mechanics production.
• Minimum 3 years in a Production Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management, and industrial processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate across departments.
