A leading multinational in the automotive sector, operating large‑scale manufacturing facilities with advanced production systems. The company plays a key role in the global supply chain, delivering high‑quality products through modern technology and a highly skilled workforce.
2. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved.
- Develop and oversee production planning: capacity planning, manpower allocation, and scheduling to optimize resources.
- Monitor performance metrics: output, efficiency, and compliance with overtime regulations; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Production, Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze operational data and reports to support decision‑making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement Lean/Kaizen practices to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and strengthen workplace safety.
- Build and develop the workforce: provide training, coaching, and succession planning to ensure long‑term production capability.
- Contribute to strategic production planning: support long‑term capacity expansion and align operations with business growth objectives.
3. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and production planning, preferably in large‑scale industrial environments.
- Strong expertise in production planning, capacity control, and supply chain coordination.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior management.
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English for communication and reporting.
