Our client is a multinational corporation (MNC) providing hi‑tech production services with a strong focus on the metal processing industry. With annual revenue in Vietnam of USD 30–35 million, the company is expanding its leadership team to strengthen operations and customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reporting line: Regional Sales Director & VP of Southeast Asia.
• Team management: Lead and develop a team of 3 Manufacturing Service Managers and 1 Sales Manager.
• Operational leadership: Oversee manufacturing operations at multiple customer sites, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, actively listen to their needs, and collaborate with the sales team to expand market share.
• Key account development: Strengthen partnerships with strategic accounts, ensuring long‑term collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Market expansion: Identify new business opportunities, contribute to strategic planning, and support the execution of regional growth initiatives.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to align operational excellence with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience at the level of Plant Manager or higher.
• At least 3+ years managing multiple manufacturing sites (2 or more).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and understanding of market demand trends in the metal processing industry.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
