1. About the Company
A global manufacturing organization in the automotive industry, operating large‑scale production facilities with advanced technology. The company emphasizes efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality products and maintain a strong presence in international markets.
2. Role & Responsibilities
- Maintenance leadership: Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and IT systems across the factory, ensuring stable, safe, and cost‑effective operations.
- Standards & compliance: Establish and implement maintenance standards, SOPs, and operational procedures; manage asset performance including machinery, infrastructure, and utilities.
- Planning & execution: Develop annual and monthly maintenance plans, control budgets and procurement, and lead energy‑saving and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Performance monitoring: Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and improvement results; lead incident response and root cause analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Production, QA, IE, EHS, and HR teams to support smooth operations; supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Continuous improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency through Lean/Kaizen practices such as 5S, TPM, and TPS.
3. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance management within manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in energy management, cost optimization, CAD/drawing systems, and IT infrastructure management.
- Proven ability to implement Kaizen tools and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Excellent leadership, team development, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with effective communication in English.
