Role & Responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership
- Lead the International Business Department, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and mission.
- Set and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts by key accounts, markets, and regions.
- Drive revenue growth across both existing portfolios and new product launches, optimizing sales volumes and profit margins in OEM/OBM models.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and cost structures to safeguard business sustainability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders at all levels.
New Business Development
- Identify and assess new market entry opportunities, designing go-to-market strategies tailored to each territory.
- Select and manage distributors to maximize sales opportunities across regions.
- Lead OEM pipeline development, generate leads, and establish competitive pricing structures.
- Own strategies for new customer acquisition and account retention, ensuring sustainable profitability.
- Provide transparency and reporting on pipeline development to senior leadership.
International Marketing & Corporate Branding
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to design and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Ensure consistent global brand positioning and localized marketing execution across international markets.
- Partner with R&D and business units to develop new portfolios aligned with market trends.
- Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring strong ROI and brand equity.
Global Logistics & Administration
- Oversee export and logistics operations across international markets, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and company SOPs.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding providers.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while safeguarding operational excellence.
- Monitor global regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance and risk mitigation.
Leadership & People Development
- Set clear departmental objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Support career development and continuous learning opportunities for team members.
- Recognize and reward team contributions while building leadership bench strength.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of proven track record in international sales, business development, and cross-border operations.
- Senior leadership experience at Department Head/Director level in an international business capacity.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of OEM/OBM business models.
- Demonstrated success in building new market entry strategies and distributor networks.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of global trade compliance and international logistics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills in deadline-driven environments.
