About the job
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with international accounting standards and corporate policies
- Lead integration efforts following business acquisitions and organizational changes
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Support board-level initiatives on expansion projects and financial feasibility assessments
- Develop and maintain effective internal control frameworks and risk management procedures
- Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering professional growth and accountability
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies
- Identify opportunities for financial system improvements and process optimization
- Partner with operational and manufacturing teams on financial matters
- Provide financial analysis for growth and expansion initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 15+ years of finance and accounting experience in multinational environments
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial analysis tools
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
- Experience managing business integration or expansion projects
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Track record of driving operational improvements
- Commitment to ethical business standards and regulatory compliance
