KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Leadership & Key Account Management
- Lead overall sales operations with a focus on driving sustainable revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Establish long-term partnerships to maximize mutual business value
2. Strategy Execution & Commercial Excellence
- Drive execution of sales strategies aligned with regional and local business direction
- Standardize sales processes, account management frameworks, and commercial policies
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all sales operations
3. Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor and drive performance against key sales KPIs, including revenue, margin, and profitability
- Analyze customer performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Provide actionable insights to optimize business performance
4. Business Planning & Strategic Support
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on mid- to long-term business planning
- Support go-to-market strategies and resource allocation to drive growth
5. Business Development & Expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships within the fashion and retail landscape
- Evaluate market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market reach
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Coach and develop team members to drive engagement and results
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Business Development roles
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of retail distribution, customer management, and commercial operations
- Experience in fashion, retail, or other consumer-driven industries is highly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership experience within a matrix organization is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
